This section is for recruiting managers and companies planning to develop businesses in Japan.

We work as a recruitment agent for multinational firms doing business in or seeking to enter Japan with representative offices or subsidiaries. We will search, on your behalf, for candidates who will contribute to the success of your business in Japan. Our goal is to find and secure the best talent available in the least amount of time.

Information regarding employment opportunities must necessarily be shared to some extent with job candidates. However, we hold all other client business information in the strictest of confidence.

Consultation

We conduct an in depth consultation with you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the open position, the creation of a detailed job description, and the specific requirements of the position, such as educational and special training requirements, level of experience, etc.

Search and select

We then perform a search using direct recruiting and face-to-face interviewing by our search professionals. We then have each candidate we select complete a profile for your review.

Interviews

In this next step we ask you to review the candidate profiles.

Upon your selection of the candidates, we then facilitate the entire interview process. After each interview, candidates' feedback regarding their interest level in the position is presented back to you for your consideration.

Negotiation

We facilitate of the entire negotiation process, up to and including an employment offer.

Sensitive rejection of non-selected candidates

Non-selected candidates can be seriously disappointed at not getting the job they interviewed for. We take great care of informing and, if necessary, counseling those candidates on behalf of our clients.

Mediation

We provide mediation between the company and the candidate until new employment begins.
